My needle doesn’t go up and down?

It legit took me 20-30 minutes to figure out but I did it 😭😭😭

My needle keeps hitting the bottom plate how do I adjust the the needle holder thing so it don't hit the plate?

What is the wheel on top for.

I got it all the way out from the top and from the bottom as shown, but i think im putting the bottom thread in the wrong place somehow because nothing will stitch. It all moves along like its doing it but it doesnt make stitches :( please help. I love your video tutorials!

That was a good video but you didn't show how to run the thread to and through the needle and do you run the bobbin thread through where you cut it?To finish your video you should've showed how to get it ready to sew.But for the most of your video you helped I've got the same one

Hello. I did not know where to post this, so I posted it on your latest video. I am sewing a seam on a 100% cotton shirt. Whenever I backstitch the feed dogs eat my shirt. I changed needle and put in polyester thread. My feed dogs do not raise. This only happens when I backstitch. Thank you much.
